However, for people with skin conditions such as eczema, dermatitis, urticaria, psoriasis, etc. — while some customers with mild sensitivities may find it comfortable to use The Shampoo, our recommendation is to not rely on using our product without first patch testing and consulting a dermatologist if you have active eczema or flare-ups.

The Conditioner

The Conditioner is suitable for all hair types and textures, designed to soften, smooth, and improve manageability through the lengths without weighing hair down. Formulated at a mildly acidic pH level of 4.0–5.0, it helps support cuticle smoothness for improved shine, softness, and overall hair feel after conditioning.

For those with sensitive scalps or concerns about product buildup, we recommend applying The Conditioner primarily to the mid-lengths and ends and avoiding the scalp. As individual hair needs can vary, patch testing is advised before first use, especially if you have known sensitivities.

How To Use:

On wash day, apply The Shampoo to wet scalp and hair from root to tip. Massage gently to build a rich lather, then rinse thoroughly.

After shampooing, apply The Conditioner to clean, wet hair, focusing on the mid-lengths and ends. Gently massage through the hair and leave on for 1–3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Use regularly for best results.

Gentle Reminder:
