Refund policy
At the moment, we do not offer refunds. However, if there is a genuinely faulty product, they are eligible for a free return and replacement after review.
For faulty products, if your order was placed on our official website, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase by emailing aera.team@aeralabs.co or reach out to us via Instagram by sending us a DM, together with your order number and clear photos of the affected item — so our team can assist you accordingly.
Once we have received, verified, and inspected the item(s), we will provide you with a replacement order accordingly.
For transparency, we are not liable for shipping-related damages, as we do take measures of utmost diligence to securely wrap and protect all parcels before dispatch.
If the order was placed through other platforms such as Shopee or Lazada, the case will need to be raised directly with the respective platform’s customer support team.
