ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING DETAILS

Orders typically take up to 3 working days to process before they ship, excluding weekends and public holidays. During holidays, processing may take up to 5 working days.

Once shipped, delivery within Klang Valley takes 1-3 business days, and delivery within Malaysia takes 1-5 business days.

Requesting Order Changes or Address Updates: Should you need to modify your order or update your address, please contact us promptly at aera.team@aeralabs.co. Please be aware that changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed and dispatched from our fulfilment centre.
