This role covers content, creative, and social media execution, including content planning, filming and editing, social posting, creator / KOL coordination, basic script and hook writing, and campaign content execution.

This role covers customer communication and internal support, including customer replies, order issue handling, admin work, documentation, follow-ups, and operational support.
